RETURNS:
We accept returns on eligible products within 7 days of delivery. To qualify for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. This helps us maintain the highest standards of quality, safety, and hygiene for all our customers.
Because our products are personal skincare items, opened or used products cannot usually be returned, unless they arrive damaged or defective. If you would like to request a return, simply reach out to us with your order number and a short explanation of the issue. Once approved, we will guide you through the return process. Unless the product is damaged, defective, or incorrect, return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
SHIPPING AND COURIER DELAYS:
While we do our best to process and dispatch orders promptly, delivery times depend on third-party courier services. For this reason, we cannot be held responsible for delays caused by couriers once an order has been dispatched. We appreciate your patience and understanding should unexpected shipping delays occur.
DAMAGED OR INCORRECT ITEMS:
We take great care when preparing every order, but if your package arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please let us know within 48 hours of delivery. Sharing a photo of the product and packaging will help us resolve the issue quickly. In these situations, we will gladly arrange a replacement or full refund, at no additional cost to you.
REFUNDS:
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or payment provider.
Please note that shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to an error on our part.
EXCHANGES:
If you would prefer to exchange a product for another item, please contact us and we will do our best to assist, depending on product availability.
ALLERGIES AND SKIN SENSITIVITIES:
Our skincare products are created using carefully selected natural ingredients. However, every person’s skin is unique. We always recommend reviewing the full ingredient list and performing a patch test before using a product fully. Because of hygiene reasons, we cannot accept returns on products that have been opened due to personal skin reactions unless the product itself is found to be defective.
